Here are a list of frequently asked questions.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A $150-$250* non-refundable deposit required in order to reserve the date requested. A $750 deposit is required for FULL DAY RENTALS. An additional $125 refundable Damage Waiver will be added to booking. *Goes towards the balance
When is my balance due?
Balance is due 30 days before your event. If booking within 15 days of event, BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, and Applepay. Cash or check payments must be made in person.
What are the minimum hours I can book an event?
There is a 4 hour minimum required for all events. We can extends hours upon request.
Can I book an event on Monday?
Monday rentals are scheduled upon request. Please call or send us a message.
